Homeschool Music Grades 3-5
Tuesdays 1:30-2:10
Haymarket Museum
Students in grades 3-5 will dive deeper in their understanding of pitch and rhythm. With a focus on instrumental music, creativity, and community music making, we will explore more advanced rhythms and techniques. Students will enjoy learning with a variety of classroom percussion instruments, including large gathering drums, frame drums, bucket drums, Boomwhackers, and smaller percussion instruments (maracas, woodblocks, etc).

Haymarket Museum
Students in grades K-2 will develop steady beat skills, begin to explore easy rhythms, and develop musicality through song, movement, and classroom percussion instruments. This is a "general music" class that will allow students to explore and learn about music through a wide variety of music-making experiences.
